Rio Verde FM embraces the concept of socio-cultural radio.

Our mission is to promote people’s access to culture and information through a responsibly selected musical programming and social projects.

Unlike conventional radios, Rio Verde FM proposes an alternative policy on funding. To assure the radio maintenance and guarantee future campaigns and projects it is important that we receive financial funding. Rio Verde FM partners are invited to do so by linking their brands to our citizenship campaigns and cultural and educational programs.

Rio Verde FM initiatives target an improvement of Brazilian people’s social, cultural, ecological and political consciousness. We believe in education as a way to build a sustainable and fair society.
